After the mayhem that was caused by Bloemfontein Celtic players who failed to train today (10, March, 2018) due to misunderstanding about their respective singing-on-fees, the club’s Managing Director, Rali Ramabodu, authentically apologized and constructively gave clarity on the matter.

“It is absolutely paramount to start by genuinely apologizing to PSL, sponsors, our own supporters and soccer fanatics in general about our player’s behaviour during the supposed training this morning. Yes, indeed, they denied to train, waiting for their monies to reflect into their bank accounts. It was duly agreed between us and them that by this Friday (9, March, 2018), Their monies will be paid and unfortunately because of various banks used by the individuals, the money did not reflect by the time of training, however, some have now confirmed receiving payments.”

“I was called to address the players at training and somehow agreed with the technical team not to force them train whilst the mood was down also respecting their views as professionals. Yes, we cordially spoke hence some are now confirming receiving the money. Once again our profound apologies to various stakeholders and promise not to have this kind of confusion again,” he concludes.

The players are in camp and ready for tomorrow’s game against Richards Bay FC.
