The climax of the Telkom Knockout final is upon us and the stage is set for a fierce battle between 2012 champions Bloemfontein Celtic and Bidvest Wits tomorrow Saturday (2nd December 2017) at Princess Magogo Stadium.

“Everyone is ready for the final because I think only a few players have managed to reach the final in their respective careers,” commented Alfred Ndengane when asked about their readiness for this prestigious trophy. “It has been our plan since the tournament started to reach the final and now that the first impediment has been dealt with, we are confident about the prospect of winning this one.”

Ndengane acknowledged the strength of their opponent and immediately expressed their respect towards Wits saying it won’t be easy game to play. “Yes, we have played against tough opponents to reach this stage but Saturday’s game will be even more complex. We up against an experienced team that won the Absa Premiership last year, however, our mental and physical strength will see us through.”

Alfred concludes “We have a good coach in Veselin Jelusic who is also a father figure and it has been great working under his tutelage, winning the trophy for him and the technical team is our main priority. Our management deserves some reward and the only way to show our appreciation is by lifting the trophy. Our forever diligent fans deserve to smile when you consider their exquisite way of rallying behind the team”

The final of Telkom Knockout will be start at 18h00 and fans urged to purchase tickets through Ticket-Pro outlets.
