Since the arrival of Veselin Jelušic, Bloemfontein Celtic has been displaying a great style of play with a lot of vigour and high-pressing approach.

This Wednesday night (20 September 2017), Celtic’s approach to the game won’t be different. Playing against an evenly exciting Baroka FC in what is expected to be colossal clash, Celtic will be hoping to annex its first three home points of the 2017/2018 league season.

Team manager, William Mothokoa was optimistic when asked about the chances of his team against the much improved Limpopo side saying, “When we played against another Limpopo side in Polokwane City last week, I had goose-bumps when looking at the immense commitment and fantastic team spirit. We will be playing against an in-form team but our current form clearly shows our determination to fight wholeheartedly.”

“Our free-flowing style must be complemented with more goals,” William added. “However, we are pretty satisfied with the progress looking at how we did last season. Our technical team has instilled a great winning mentality and you can see by the way players are fighting for the starting berth. Yes, Baroka has reached epic form but our team has done well recently and it will be difficult for any side to beat us at home,” concluded the soft-spoken Mothokoa.

The game will be played at Free State stadium starting at 19h30. Tickets are still available at all selling points and are fans are urged to purchase them on time.
