In a penultimate home fixture, Bloemfontein Celtic will be hosting Orlando Pirates in what is expected to be a blistering fight between two sides with different challenges. Celtic is still forging towards moving away from the relegation zone while Pirates is struggling to amass necessary points to enter into the top-eight bracket. Having won the preceding away fixture in December in a last minute gasp-goal by defender Tshepo Rikhotso, Siwelele will be hoping to repeat the same feat.

Coach Lehlohonolo Seema says playing the daunting Pirates side at this crucial stage of the season will be a sufficient test of character for the players especially looking at their league position. “With Pirates still licking wounds after their defeat on Sunday, our game will be even complex but luckily our players had a bit of rest after two hectic weeks of training and back to back games played. As much as we need to score, we must also be cautious of the danger that Pirrates can cause.”

Seema is happy with the commitment shown by the team recently and believes that with the right frame of mind, the team can get the maximum points. “Players must take the game by the scurf of the neck, show anticipation and graciously perform to their outmost best. Playing at our fortress is pressure on its own but again we must grind results at the best possible way. Losing is not an option as that might result to panic. With appropriate technique executed and 120% accountability displayed we can win,” concluded the former Lesotho international captain.
