Bloemfontein Celtic’s game against Polokwane City has all the ingredients to be an exciting clash of two teams with different scenarios. While City will be gallantly fighting to keep their Top-8 positon intact, Celtic will wholeheartedly be playing to gain maximum points to move to a better position on the league table.

Celtic’s Managing Director Rali Ramabodu is optimistic about their chance to win Sunday’s game and move up the log “It might seem difficult, but with the right focus, better preparations and zeal to win, we can beat any team. We are actually forced to win and continue playing cautiously and avoid conceding goals.”

Ramabodu feels the pressure is going to be even more for the team after the passing of Dr. Molemela with the supporters expecting the team to protect the legacy left behind by the adoring former owner. “The passing of Dr Rantlai Molemela will obviously put a spotlight on how we will honour what he has worked for with such greatness. We will decide our destiny and with the positive spirit shown by the players and technical team, we will triumph,” concluded the Celtic M.D.

The game will be played at the Old Peter Mokaba SStadium on Sunday (2nd April 2017). Kick-Off for the match is 15h00.
