Wits and Celtic battle it out

Bloemfontein Celtic will be visiting Bidvest Wits on Saturday, 10th November in what is expected to be a spectacular game of teams doing exceptionally well this season. The home team (Wits) has amassed 20 points from 10 games played and the visitors are currently on 17 points from only nine games played.

Contrary to last season, this time around, Wits have been scoring goals and sustained good defensive record and similarly Celtic has hugely improved as compared to last season accumulating vital points both home and away. For the visitors though; the main task will be to unsettle their opponents as early as possible whilst making sure players like Simona Murray who has been lethal and freely scoring important goals for Wits are being closely watched.

Celtic have been dishing out a grand brand of football, creating a lot of goal scoring opportunities and perhaps the only shortcoming detected will be failing to convert even the easiest of chances. However, with experience possessed by players like Ndumiso Mabena, who has for years proven to be a menace to any defence with his skill and rigid as a rock defender Wandisile Letlabika’s prodigious control from the back the Mangaung based outfit has the credibility to cause an upset.

The stage is set for an entertaining clash and the game will be played at Bidvest Stadium in a 20h15 Kick-Off.
